Keeping it alive

After launch, you’ll have questions. Things will need changing. Something might break. The Care Plan is a standing relationship so you have someone to ask, without paying by the hour every time.

Full Care

I host you, you have nothing else to set up.

Includes hosting on my server. No separate hosting bill, no Bluehost account to manage.
Option B

Maintenance

You host yourself, I keep it running.
€28 / month
You arrange your own hosting. I’ll help you pick a good one (around €5-10/month).
Option C

Handover

It’s yours. You host it, you run it.
€0 / month
You arrange your own hosting and manage it yourself. If something breaks or you need changes, I’m available at €36/hour, quoted before I start.

Options A and B include

  • Daily backups Off-site, automatic, so nothing is ever lost.
  • WordPress & plugin updates Kept current so things don’t go stale or get hacked.
  • Security monitoring Malware scans and login protection running in the background.
  • WhatsApp on call For questions and “is this normal?” moments. Reasonable use.
  • Small fixes (under 30 min) Text, images, links, hours, prices, layout tweaks.
  • Quarterly check-in call 60 minutes every 3 months. Review, fix, plan ahead.
Not in the monthly plan: New pages, new sections, redesigns, Writing content for you, New features (booking, shop, custom forms, integrations), Anything over 30 minutes in one go. Quoted before I start. Photography, illustration, logo work.
Minimum term. Six months, then month to month. Cancel any time after that with 30 days’ notice. If you ever want to leave, I hand over a full backup and access. No hostage situations.

Social media

Setup for Instagram and Facebook (managed together through Meta Business Suite), with optional ongoing content support. Pick the level that matches what you need, and add monthly content later if it helps.
